Wow. I really have got to start updating. I forgot I had a journal until I got a call from Someone the other day and it came up. A lot to update about, but no time. More soon.

I have (once again) completly neglected to keep this bitch up to date. I love our new apartment. It's so great, just very expensive, and unfortunatly Someone is carrying most of the financial burden. Actors are such a sad group. Jillian's show closed, but her chances of getting a role soon are good. I seem to be getting a lot of call backs, and then no further. But I do have a job, and we're all okay, so I have that. And I met this hottie the other evening. He looks just like Michael Ball (when he was younger). Got his number, thinking about giving him a call this weekend. This is a sad entry for not having updated in so long, but I'm beat and I am going to turn in. Goodnight.

This entry is really just to gloat at ...someone. ;) . There really is no other reason for it.

I got this in my e-mail yesterday:
This is a notice that there will be no rehearsal on Friday, June 7th. The scene that was going to be blocked will be done on Tuesday, June 11.
For those of you who are having difficulties with the schedule: Thursday's rehearsal is for the people who are in scenes 3 or 4 (Mrs. Paroo, Amaryllis, Marian, Winthrop, and Harold) and anyone that Robin or Carol may have called for music or dance. The next full cast rehearsal is on Sunday, June 9th. Sharon can explain how the schedule works if it is giving you trouble. The trick is to look at the other sheet, and see if the particular scene being worked on involves you.
I will be away from June 7 to June 15. If you have a question that you would normally ask me, you can call Sheila R****** at (***) 697-***. JB
This is all news to me. I didn't realize I was in The Music Man. I don't even remember trying out for it. We move Monday. I am so excited. Jillian and I are going to see Into the Woods tomorrow. I've got to go to work. I do my best acting then. I act like it doesn't bother me when the guys call me "Baby". Oh the life of a waitress. I hope to be better about updating this. I hope.

Today has been good. My ankle feels much better and I was able to preform fairly decent in dance class. Tonight I am going to see The Producers. It'll be the first time I've seen the show with the new cast. Someone saw it the opening night with Mel Brooks, because she's a huge snatch. Jillian is going to see it too. I'll be able to start auditioning two weeks sooner than expected, so by mid-May I'll be able to audtion again. Which is good, because I graduate soon. I think the three of us are planning on getting a bigger apartment, unless Someone takes a perminante job in Australia, which she has promised she will not do. But it will be the three of us and David, this guy who me and Someone knew in high school (he's too young to have been there when Jillian was there), anyway, he may come live with us. He's just recently come out, and has looked to us for support because his family has pretty much disowned him. He'll be going to NYU starting in the fall if he doesn't get into AMDA. I am so late for vocal class.
